Welcome to BankrollSZN. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of BankrollSZN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BankrollSZN. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using daily fantasy sports tools or consuming sports analytics content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bankrollszn.com of any unauthorized use of your account. BankrollSZN is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of BankrollSZN may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access through the end of your billing period.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use BankrollSZN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of our service without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to extract data from our platform
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BankrollSZN, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, and software, is the property of BankrollSZN and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BankrollSZN is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of our DFS tools or content. All projections, analysis, and recommendations are for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BankrollSZN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including any financial losses incurred through daily fantasy sports contests.

9. Responsible Gaming

Daily fantasy sports involve real money and carry inherent risk. BankrollSZN encourages responsible play. Our tools and content are designed to inform your decisions, but we are not responsible for any financial losses. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help from a qualified professional.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Creator Marketplace

BankrollSZN offers a Creator Marketplace where approved independent creators ("Creators") publish sports content and users may follow Creators for free or purchase monthly subscriptions to a Creator's premium content.

Creators are independent contractors. Creators are not employees, agents, or partners of BankrollSZN. Creator content reflects the views of the Creator alone and does not constitute advice from BankrollSZN. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any Creator content, including any picks, projections, or betting analysis. Nothing on the platform is financial or gambling advice, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Payments and revenue share. Creator subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the price set by the Creator. Creators receive 80% of net subscription revenue (gross payments minus payment processing fees) attributable to their subscribers; BankrollSZN retains the remainder as a platform fee. Creator earnings are held for 30 days after each payment before payout to protect against refunds, chargebacks, and fraud, and are paid via Stripe Connect. Earnings associated with refunded or disputed payments are forfeited, and amounts already paid out for refunded or disputed payments may be deducted from future payouts. Creators are solely responsible for their own taxes; tax reporting forms are issued through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and, except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Content standards. Creators may not post sexual or sexually explicit content, nudity, or solicitation of any kind; content involving minors in any inappropriate context; illegal content; content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; spam, scams, or deceptive offers; or content promoting violence, harassment, or discrimination. We use automated and manual review and may remove any content, reject or revoke Creator status, withhold payouts derived from violating content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

License. Creators retain ownership of their content and grant BankrollSZN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on and in connection with the platform. Subscribers receive access for personal, non-commercial use only and may not redistribute, resell, or republish Creator content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
